Are the PS5 Slim and the Regular PS5 the Same?

-

Hey everyone! I recently picked up a PS5 Slim, and I can’t help but feel it’s not as solid as my original PS5 from 2020. I’ve been playing Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon, and on my Slim, I’ve noticed some lag, frame drops, and the fan is way louder than I’m used to. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with their Slim, or is it just me?

To clarify, the PS5 Slim is built with similar hardware as the regular PS5, except for the PS5 Pro. If you’re experiencing performance issues, it might be due to dust buildup or some other problem. I’ve had a solid experience with my Slim, but I can’t speak for everyone.

Yeah, I’ve heard that the regular PS5 has been known to collect dust easier due to its larger heatsink!
