I’ve been slinging shots with my Gatling gun during the Milepost Caravan quest, and it feels like enemies are taking way longer to drop than usual. I thought high-level players would go down pretty easily, but it feels like they’re more tanky than before. Did the developers buff these enemies or something?

Totally, the caravan enemies are way tougher compared to regular ones. You can spot their high resistance in VATS too, it’s kind of funny how they take those hits like champs!
Yeah, those caravan enemies are definitely tougher than normal. If you check their resistances with enough Perception, you’ll see they have around 500+ resistance to pretty much everything, similar to the ones you find in the Eviction Notice event. So yeah, they’re like little bullet sponges!
Has anyone confirmed if the event’s issues are sorted out? I keep hearing complaints about brahmin getting stuck during the caravan events sometimes. Seems to take ages for them to get sorted out!
I’ve found that walking away from the event for a bit can actually help fix some of those issues.
I found a sweet strategy: I set up a perk that heals with fire, and then I charge in with holy fire. It lets me take out the adds and keeps the caravan’s health topped up. Super simple and effective!
It’s worth noting that enemies in Skyline Valley are already pretty tanky. You should check their levels too; sometimes they’re just higher level and tougher than standard ones. Plus, those Lost enemies? Yeah, they’re notorious for being really tanky.
Man, all my builds must be off then! I’ve only really noticed a challenge once when I went into Eviction Notice without an optimized setup, but even then, my railway rifle handled the mutants just fine.
