I’ve heard rumors that bloodied builds are getting nerfed soon. As someone who’s been using a full set of unyielding armor, I’ve never fully committed to playing at low health, but I’ve enjoyed the extra stats it provides when I’m in a pinch. I’m curious if it’s worth crafting a bloodied weapon, especially with the talk of nerfs. I’ve seen some players still rocking low health builds in public groups, so I want to know if these nerfs have actually hit and how bad they are. Also, I recently unlocked crafting for overeaters—should I consider switching to that instead?

I’m still using my bloodied build and it feels just fine! Just jump in and see for yourself. It’s all about your playstyle! 😏
In terms of damage, it seems about the same, if not better, thanks to the new perk cards. The survivability may have taken a hit, but overall, bloodied builds are still packing a punch, especially if you know how to use them right.
Yeah, bloodied builds did see some changes. Now you need to be at around 5-10% health to get the same damage boost you had before. The nerf to the Dodgy perk, which now gives a chance to evade instead of a flat damage reduction, also impacts low health builds significantly.
I feel like some players just can’t admit that bloodied builds got nerfed because they don’t understand how they work, or maybe they just didn’t like seeing them dominate. It’s frustrating how complaints can lead to these kinds of changes.
Bloodied actually got a slight buff in some areas recently. I usually switch to bloodied for XP grinds at the beginning of every season, and while Dodgy’s different now, I still find bloodied builds effective. Just keep an eye on health levels after changing perk cards to avoid locking in stats incorrectly.
While the bloodied setups might not be as dominant as before, they’re still among the top for damage. Power armor and heavy weapon builds got a nice boost too, but bloodied is still fun and can deal high damage, especially with crit stacking and using different weapon types.
Totally agree! Dodgy got hit hard. But on the bright side, with the new Nerd Rage and Science! perks, damage is actually feeling pretty solid right now. It’s like they’re balancing while keeping it exciting.
