I’m having some issues with my Super Mario World cartridge while playing on my PAL SNES. It’s connected to an adapter and then goes to a game capture device. I usually play on a 60hz monitor, but I switched it to 50hz to see if that would help. However, the problem still occurs. I even tried it on a TV, but I’m still not sure if the issue lies with the cartridge, the console, or the monitor. Here’s a video showing the problem: [https://youtu.be/1kmEF3ONkEo](https://youtu.be/1kmEF3ONkEo)

That looked really strange! Have you checked if the cartridge is clean? Sometimes dust or dirt can cause weird glitches. Also, is it a known original cartridge or a bootleg? That can make a difference too.
I thought I’d seen it all, but that’s a new one for me! If it’s original, maybe it’s an issue with the console itself. Try another game to see if it’s just the cartridge acting up.
