Any Underrated 60FPS Games with Great Visuals?

-

I’ve been loving the smooth performance and visuals of Metal Gear Solid V on my Steam Deck and now I’m hunting for more games that can deliver the same high-quality experience. I prefer open-world or action-adventure genres, but I’m up for anything that looks and runs nicely at 60 FPS. Looking for hidden gems that aren’t the usual well-known titles, and while budget isn’t a big deal, reasonably priced games are a plus. Any suggestions for underrated or underappreciated games that fit the bill?

Tomb Raider (2013) is on sale and benchmarks perfectly at 60 FPS on Steam Deck. It’s an older gem but still holds up in terms of graphics and performance. Definitely worth taking a look at.

Dead Cells is a must-try! It’s not exactly open-world, but the gameplay is super engaging and runs beautifully. I waited a long time to try it and it totally lives up to the hype.

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is a fun ride with great gameplay refinement. It’s a little lighthearted but delivers amazingly smooth performance and utilizes the gyro controls on the Deck well.

You should give Mad Max a shot. It’s an underrated open-world game that runs smoothly at 60 FPS on high settings. Definitely doesn’t get the love it deserves and fits your criteria perfectly.

Consider playing Chorus. It offers a solid open-world space combat vibe and runs super smooth at 60 FPS. With loads of cool abilities, it’s a small, underrated gem that’s fun on the Steam Deck.

You might enjoy Sniper Elite 5, though reaching 60 FPS might need a bit of tweaking. Even at 45 FPS, it plays really well on the Deck. It’s fun taking your time with all the mission objectives.

Try out Dragon’s Dogma if you haven’t yet considered it. It’s fantastic on the Steam Deck and combines creative combat with an expansive world. Plus, it’s often available at a bargain.

The Batman: Arkham series and the Shadow of Mordor games are worth checking out. They might not be the most hidden gems, but they do provide great gameplay and impressive performance on the Steam Deck.
