I have followed the tracker down to the power plant and I killed a deathclaw near the water. The tracker is beeping string here and the signal is near 100% but I do not see anything to loot other than the deathclaw. How do you get the Bonemeal?

Look near the water’s edge for a deathclaw nest. If you havnt seen one before, they look like messy bird bests. Straw and grassy stuff. Its color blends in with the area so it’s hard to see. You will find the irradiated bone meal if you loot this.
