Hey everyone, I’m about to finish Shar’s Gauntlet and I’ve got a nagging feeling that I may have messed something up. I’ve only logged around 20 hours in total, and since I know Act 3 is the last act, is it supposed to feel this slow? Should I be spending more time on side quests? I’m new to games like this and honestly, I’m not entirely sure what to anticipate! Also, I’m currently level 6, and it seems like I’m underpowered in some spots.

In games like this, your motto should be, ‘Is there any unexplored territory on the map?’ If so, you need to clear it out. Make sure to chat with everyone you meet, open every book you find, and understand your gear’s abilities fully. Good luck, and don’t rush—there’s tons of lore and surprises waiting for you!
You’re definitely under-leveled, but you can still save this run! Just backtrack through the Gauntlet and check for any missed areas—there’s a good chance you’ll find hidden quests and secrets. Exploring is key, especially before you hit the point of no return.
Remember, expressing concern over missing content is basically a signal for a second playthrough! I usually try to be at least level 8 before entering the Gauntlet. Side quests can really help with that!
You’re definitely under-leveled for Shar’s Gauntlet. It’s a good idea to dive into side quests—they’re a significant part of the game and really enjoyable! Trust me, take some time to explore for extra content and you’ll get a lot more out of the experience.
Yeah, you shouldn’t rush. The game relies heavily on side quests and exploration. I often start Act 2 around level 6 or 7, then hit around level 10 by the time I reach Act 3. Make sure to tackle those side quests to even out your levels!
