Fallout Shelter Questions & Answers

Sometimes if I get a good dweller from a lunch or I want to throw away one of the bad one’s i have in my vault. I have to either wait until they die or send them out the the wasteland to die. Is there a better way to do this?

So far I have crafted 2 themes, dozens of weapons and 10 outfits. For some reason the more than handy trophy has not unlocked. The description says I need to craft 1 outfit, 1 weapon and 1 theme. I have done this but nothing has happened.

Is there something that you can do to trigger raider attacks? I need to defeat 50 attacks but they aren't coming anymore

Is it possible to repair mr handy once he has been destroyed in Fallout Shelter? I want to see if it is worth spending money on him.
