With this seed, you will spawn next to a village with some nice loot in the blacksmith. Nothing over the top, but the nearby snowy biome where the real secrets lie waiting for you.
Head west from the spawn location, across the snow biome and across a frozen river and you will come across a double village in a snow biome. The scenery looks really cool with all of the snow and with it being a fairly large village it makes a great start location for you to setup a base camp. there are definitely a few glitches here that make this quite an unusual village. You do not see too many oak villages in a snowy biome.
