I have built a tractor but it won’t move. I would have expected the triger buttons would make the tractor move but they do not. Do you need to build something else to make the tractor work properly?

Tractors, like all other vehicles in Astroneer, use batteries. When you print a new one, like the tractor, the battery will be empty when you unpack it. You will need to connect the tractor to your bases power grid. This will charge the battery on the tractor. You will see the yellow indicator on the side of the tractor to indicate there is power. Once the tractor is charged, you will be able to drive it.
Check the side of the tractor, there is a battery meter here. When you build one, you can attach it using a cable plug at the rear in order to connect it to the power grid. This will charge the tractor up so that you can start driving it around. Attach a wind turbine or something to the front of it in order to have a source of power. This will help keep the battery charged.
You will see the bars of the battery meter go up and down as you consume the power and charge it. Once there is a charge, using the trigger buttons will allow you to reverse and accelerate.
