The much-anticipated premium Warbond, “Borderline Justice,” is set to introduce a new era of adventure in the cooperative twin-stick shooter game, Helldivers. This Warbond draws players into the thrilling and rugged world of space cowboy law enforcement on the galaxy’s outer rims. Featuring new weaponry, armor, and special abilities, it offers an exciting twist to the gameplay.
Central to “Borderline Justice” is the introduction of novel gear and weapons. Players will find themselves equipped with the R-6 Deadeye, a lever-action hunting rifle that promises precise shots at distant targets. This is complemented by the LAS-58 Talon, an energy-based ‘revolver’ that serves as a potent secondary weapon. In terms of explosive options, the TED-63 Dynamite gives players the flexibility of a variable timer, allowing for strategic placement and timing. Additionally, the LIFT-860 Hover Pack offers new tactical capabilities, enabling aerial views that were previously inaccessible in the game.
The Warbond also brings with it two new armor sets. The GS-17 Frontier Marshal medium armor, along with the GS-66 Lawmaker heavy armor, have been crafted with a distinct frontier aesthetic, immersing players deeper into the role of galactic law enforcers. Accompanying these armor sets is the Gunslinger armor passive, which enhances secondary weapons by increasing reload speed, improving draw and holster efficiency, and reducing recoil. This advancement in armor design promises to offer a robust boost in combat efficiency.
Players will be delighted to unlock the new title “Super Sheriff,” a badge of honor befitting the most skilled space cowboys. Alongside this, a set of player cards that match the player’s cape, and a new booster known as the Sample Extricator, add further customization and enhancement opportunities, encouraging players to push their limits.
Adding a touch of flair, the “Borderline Justice” Warbond introduces the Tip Hat emote. This expressive gesture allows players to either greet their comrades or send them off with style, reflecting the charismatic demeanor of the space cowboy.
