This guide will enable you to unlock the following trophies instantly with NO work. (This is confirmed to work with the EU version of the game). One you load up the 100% completion game save you will begin to unlock all of the trophies as shown in the video below. This does not work with any other versions of the game. It will only work with the PS3 version of the game. Any future patches may prevent this from working in the future.

Simply download the game save from the link above the video. Copy the game save over to the PS3 and load up the game. Once the game loads trophies will start popping. Wait around for a minute (do not turn left when you leave the driveway) until the ? icon appears on the map. Go to the ? and start the mission. As soon as you get control of the character whip out a gun and kill the man who runs from you and this will get you the remaining trophies.
