When will God of War be released on Xbox One? Have Sony paid for it to be a timed exclusive on the Playstation 4?

God of war is a franchise that is owned by Sony. The studio that made god of war is also owned by Sony. Even if the studio wanted to release the game on the Xbox they would not be able to do it as Sony own the rights to the game. So the short answer is no. There is a 0% chance of it ever being released on the Xbox one.
