Is it possible to get all of the trophies, including the collectibles in one playthrough without missing anything. In other words, is it possible to get locked out of a trophy and require another playthrough?

As far as I am aware, no trophies can be missed. It’s possible to back track to all areas and collect any items, chests etc in order to get those trophies. If you aren’t sure how to solve a puzzle or can’t kill an enemy, it is fine to wait until later and go back once you are stronger.
