Video games have become a highly technical over the past 20 years. They have gone from being simple 8bit games that can be built in days by a couple of people to being massive projects that takes 100s of people, years to make. A lot of the complexity of this has trickled down to the gamers where people will often reference some complicated things that seem quite confusing. I have decided to build this wiki that will try to explain what a lot of the common video game concepts and methodologies that might be quite complicated when you first come across them.
I will try to explain all of this as clearly as possible, but feel free to leave a comment if there is anything that doesn’t seem clear.
