I am only just getting around to the season pass and the quest objective is telling me to do something with the Captain’s Atlas. I have no idea what this is and I don’t see it under the quest section for the season. What is it and how do I find it?

The captain’s atlas is a quest item that shows up inside the normal quest log, not the seasonal-specific quests/rewards. If you have been doing other stuff, the quest may have fallen to the back of the log but if you progressed to the point where you need to use it, it should definitely be in there. Once you interact with it, you will be able to perform the actions relating to the treasure map that the current quest is asking you to perform.
